Hi,

I am looking for a RTM apartment in Greater Noida.

My requirements:

4BHK atleast 2000 sqft
+ Lawn atleast 800sqft.

Budget: 1.5Cr

It has been tough to find out which projects have lawns since most builders have removed the floor plans from their website for completed projects.

I have found Purvanchal Heights with the following options:

A1:
SUPER BUILT UP AREA = 2770 SQ. FT.
4 BHK with Family Lounge & Study
Total Lawn Area = 1200 SQ. FT.

A4:
SUPER BUILT UP AREA = 2435 Sq. Ft.
4 BHK with Store & Study
Total Lawn Area = 1260 SQ. FT.
Total Basement Area 1934 SQ. FT.

I desperately need suggestions about other RTM options that meet my requirements.

    Thinking whether to consider or not. Black/white is not an issue. can the deal be negotiated
    down to 90L by increasing cash/black component. wud like to know the experts opinion before considering.

    Go with Purvanchal Heights in zeta sector..
    where u can get 4BHK (2320sq ft )on 1 floor in 1.25 cr.

    yes its costly may because of brand and quality of project and giving furnished flat,i heard this from some.
    my opinion Pramount golf foreste ready to move in 6 months and price 4000/sq ft all inclusive....

  • The location deserve not more than 4000 for avg builder rtm and 4700-4800for premium builder. Its my view may be wrong.

    Paramount i think you may get 3700-3800 all inclusive. Yes poss is expected thid yr end but not before this for sure. I have one villa in this and visited last sunday.

    As said earlier i would prefer remain close to expressway and on this paradiso shd be a better deal.

    paramount decrease its discount as i heard its 8% on form ( total 10% for a broker out of which 8% is given and 50000 rs case back on possession this offer is limited till march 31)..

    1. Purvanchal Heights
    4BHK 2770sqft + Lawn 1200sqft

    Price: Rs. 1.45Cr

    2. Amrapali Grand
    4BHK 2950sqft + Lawn 1100sqft + Basement 1600sqft

    Price: Rs. 1.1Cr

    Can someone please tell me why Purvanchal Heights is so much more expensive compared to Amrapali Grand?
    Also, are the quoted prices reasonable?

    Find out about steller villas, they are good but slight expensive.
