Has anyone here booked a flat in NRI Residency in Pari Chowk, Greater Noida?
How is your experience? Have you seen the progress of construction?

(I have seen partial discussion on this property in the NRI Residency Sector 45 section, but felt it may be better to start a seperate thread on this to help and inform anyone who is interested)

    What will be a reasonable resale rate for NRI residency? I know websites are an indication but I am looking more at real transacted rate; the actual rate in which transactions are happening.

      Around 4300 per sq ft but you will hardly find any sellers there. Most of them are end users sticking to the project because of its best location in Greater Noida.
  • This is the best project in economy segment in Greater Noida right now without any doubt due to its top class location. Quality is average but at par with maximum builders of Noida region..Appreciation chances are high due to location in future..great buy for both investors and end users. Can be easily put on rent as well.
