Hi,

As mentioned by Aam Aadmi, they have come up with another project in GNoida (near Pari Chowk). The location will be within 2-3 kms from Pari Chowk probably.

Rates being quoted as of now are 2500-2600 all inclusive.

Not too sure if these Yamuna/Taj Expressway projects are attracting any customers at all.

    Rajiv, I was looking for self use only while considering these factors.

    1. Have got 2 children, had to see good schools around and nothing can't beat pari chowk which is near by
    2. Needed bigger space in the tight budget which I couldn't get in Noida Expressway/Noida Extension
    3. Reputed builder with good construction quality and there is no doubt about the Purvanchal
    4. Under CLP plan only due to the time factor as I amn't not in hurry to shift or something
    5. Office is at Sector 144, expressway at present
    6. With ample green area (80%)
    7. Good gentry as there is no smaller units

    These were the main driving factors to decide apart from future appreciation.

    Looks like price are going to be increased for sure in April, could see good crowd even on today, good sign for appreciation.

    Also you can resale right after 50 percent, probably the first project from Purvanchal to do so, anyhow good for investors too.

    Thanks yaar, it's always 500 units as per the PRC sales guys :)

    But it's getting the limelight gradually, could see good crowd even on Monday.
