Hi,

As mentioned by Aam Aadmi, they have come up with another project in GNoida (near Pari Chowk). The location will be within 2-3 kms from Pari Chowk probably.

Rates being quoted as of now are 2500-2600 all inclusive.

Not too sure if these Yamuna/Taj Expressway projects are attracting any customers at all.

    I have received an e-mail from PRC management that next installment (excavation) for Tower-8 flat owners will be in the month of August-September. Ideally, it was due in January-February so there is a delay of close to 8 months. Keeping in mind there past performance (although none of their project in past was close to this much big), I hope they will gain some pace and the project will be back on track.

    I must admit that PRC community is very enthusiastic and excited and I am very much looking forward to have great time with guys like Arif, Deepak, Manoj :-)

    Surly they would get the pace, the reason for delay would be 'Royal Park', they have been concentrating a lot there, they have recently held a property fair in Dubai to attract NRI's to invest further.

    Having said that, delay would be good for few of us due to 'extra time' to arrange the funds and not starting the EMI pretty soon.

    Surly I look forward to catch you guys soon, hope everything should be on track by the time of possession.

  • Went to PRC office today. Got an update that, Once rain starts , no new excavations will take place. So chances are that excavations for most of towers will start after monsoon only.

    संवाददाता, ग्रेटर नोएडा : आखिरकार लंबे इंतजार के बाद ग्रेटर नोएडा तक मेट्रो रेल परियोजना पहुंचने का रास्ता साफ हो गया है। सोमवार को प्राधिकरण बोर्ड ने निर्माण कार्य चालू करने को हरी झंडी देते हुए प्रथम चरण के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि जारी करने के प्रस्ताव को भी मंजूरी दे दी। एक अन्य महत्वकांक्षी परियोजना नाइट सफारी के निर्माण को भी बोर्ड ने स्वीकृति दे दी है। इसके निर्माण के लिए भी प्रथम चरण में 50 करोड़ रुपये जारी करने का प्रस्ताव पास किया गया है। इन दोनों महत्वकांक्षी परियोजनाओं के लिए ग्रेटर नोएडा के लोग लंबे समय से इंतजार कर रहे थे। दोनों के चालू होने से ग्रेटर नोएडा की तस्वीर बदल जाएगी।
    प्राधिकरण के एसीईओ हरीश कुमार वर्मा ने बताया कि चेयरमैन रमा रमण की अध्यक्षता में हुई बोर्ड बैठक में कई अहम फैसले लिए गए। नोएडा से ग्रेटर नोएडा तक मेट्रो लाने के लिए प्राधिकरण बोर्ड के सामने विस्तृत प्रोजेक्ट रिपोर्ट (डीपीआर) पेश की। बोर्ड ने इसे हरी झंडी दे दी। प्रथम चरण के निर्माण कार्य के लिए 500 करोड़ रुपये भी जारी करने के प्रस्ताव को पास कर दिया गया। इस परियोजना पर कुल 55 सौ करोड़ रुपये खर्च होगा। उन्होंने बताया कि मेट्रो का निर्माण नोएडा व ग्रेटर नोएडा प्राधिकरण मिलकर करेंगे। इसके लिए सीपीवी का गठन किया गया है। बोर्ड ने इसके गठन को हरी झंडी दे दी। हालांकि, प्राधिकरण निर्माण कार्य डीएमआरसी से ही कराएगा।
    नाइट सफारी का इंतजार भी समाप्त
    ग्रेटर नोएडा में नाइट सफारी बनाए जाने की कवायद दस वर्षो से चल रही है। गौतमबुद्ध विवि के पास यमुना एक्सप्रेस वे पर 250 एकड़ में बनने वाली यह देश की पहली और विश्व की पांचवीं नाइट सफारी होगी। इसके निर्माण पर करीब एक हजार करोड़ रुपये खर्च होगा। सुप्रीम कोर्ट व पर्यावरण मंत्रालय से इसकी मंजूरी मिल चुकी है। प्राधिकरण बोर्ड ने भी नाइट सफारी का निर्माण कार्य इसी वर्ष करने के प्रस्ताव को मान लिया। प्रथम चरण के निर्माण कार्य के लिए 50 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि जारी की गई।

  • Noida sets up its own Metro agency for Greater Noida line

    The Noida Authority on Monday announced the setting up of the Noida Metro Rail Corporation (NMRC) as a special purpose vehicle to facilitate the construction of a proposed Metro line between Noida and Greater Noida. The Metro line, first mentioned in January, will be constructed without DMRC's help, and is an initiative of the Noida and Greater Noida Authority.

    Senior Noida Authority officials announced that the NMRC will see an initial investment of Rs 1,000 crore.

    Rama Raman, CEO of Noida and the Greater Noida Authority, said, "During board meeting on January 11, a 29.707 kilometre Metro line was announced between Noida and Greater Noida, estimated at a cost of Rs 5,064 crore. To facilitate this, Noida and Greater Noida authorities have begun the process of setting up a special purpose vehicle, the NMRC, which will see an investment of Rs 1,000 crore. We will soon approach the registrar of companies, Uttar Pradesh, for clearance and the work on the NMRC will begin soon."

    At the 179th board meeting of Noida, Greater Noida and Yamuna Expressway authorities on Monday, officials announced that the board had passed a memorandum of understanding with regard to the extension of the DMRC line between Botanical Garden and Kalindi Kunj. The 3.96-km line is to be built at a cost of Rs 845 crore.

    A senior official said, "We have passed the proposed MoU from our end and will seek clearance from the Uttar Pradesh government. After that, the proposal will go to the Urban Development Ministry for final clearance."

    The Noida Authority announced an increase in floor area ratio allowed for land within 500 metres of the Metro corridor.

    "We have increased the FAR by 0.5 for building within 500 metres of the Metro line. This will increase value of land near the Metro line. The increased revenue will aid development work, including proposed Metro lines in the area," a senior official said.
