Hi,

As mentioned by Aam Aadmi, they have come up with another project in GNoida (near Pari Chowk). The location will be within 2-3 kms from Pari Chowk probably.

Rates being quoted as of now are 2500-2600 all inclusive.

Not too sure if these Yamuna/Taj Expressway projects are attracting any customers at all.

    10 installment and 11 qtr(3 Months) is left .So expecting installment in every qtr.

    Most buyers are from 12 A tower .Looser will be 12-A buyers.PRC will not start another tower till they got sufficient booking in that tower.

    Visited the site over weekend. Only 2-3 towers in progress. Seemed like tower 12. Rest no other tower in construction.
    Saw people living in Pro view techno city.

    Good sign indeed, by the time PRC would be ready, there should be enough crowd which would force to create basic amenities near by.

    I agree... By the time purvanchal is ready all other building will be ready and inhabited (30% is inhabited as per greater noida standard) :) ... Big plus for purvanchal end users

    Deutsche Bank (Home loan) unit was bought by First Blue. First Blue was later on bought by DHFL. Their rate of interest must be highest in the market around . I had taken a home loan from Deutsche Bank which I was continuing untill now and paying thru my noses. I am getting that loan transferred to another bank now.

    Only 400-450 booking has been done so far.
