Hi, I am getting a deal * 75 lacs for 200 Sqm Builtup duplex house in Greater Noida Sigma 3 sector, Request if experts/ members can provide inputs related to its liveability and future appreciation

    Appreciation.....NONE.....Rates of plots in these far off greater noida sectors have seen ZERO appreciation in past 5 years

    Liveability....BAD.....Compare to Prime sectors of greater noida like alpha, beta, gamma, pari chowk, omega, etc....

    75 lakhs ke budget main delta 2 main plot le lo....ya p3....at least you will be near civilisation

    These sectors are far off and have no future for next 10 years easily.....

    Plots have MAJOR security issues....Jaan hai to jahaan hai bhai......5-10 lakh bachaney ke chakkar main ghar main darr ke baithey raho ..kya fayeda

    Go for these sectors

    Delta 1
    Delta 2
    P3
    Co oeprative societies such as NTPC, NSG

      Agree completely with you, However I do not plan to shift there in next 5 yrs but do you think its worth a purchase for a long term like > 10 yrs

    Liveable to sirji ek din Yamuna expressway bhi ho jayega

    Kyun paisa phansa rahey ho

    Developed sector and well located sector main paisa lagao.....

    Plots main crowd bahut bekar hai aur rahega...it wont imprve...Very bad crowd in plots
    Very good crowds in Big Flat societies
