I have a 2bhk apartment in Stellar Mi Citihomes (1164 sq ft). I have given that on rent and do not plan to shift to greater noida for another 10 years. Expecting rental income till I shift.

Now, my mind is more diverted towards purchasing a plot for end use. I have narrowed down sector 37 as a good option. size 120 sq mt. Again, I will not be shifting in for 10 years and will opt for CC plot so as to no contruction is required.

Need suggestions on the below points

1. Should I sell the apartment and buy a plot now ?? (in 6 months)

I will have to bear some loss since there is no appreciation and I took a loan.

2. Or should I wait for few more years and then think of selling it??

My questions arise from the fact that I can chose from the available plots at present , which might not be the case after few years.

How is sector 37 occupancy wise?

Does it have municipal source water?

Can I contruct stilt parking in a 120 sq mt plot?

Please advise.
