I am a new member of this forum. I have recently booked one 1BHK flat in Supertech's Eco village, Noida Extn Project. As per the builder they are going to perform the Bhoomi Poojan Tommorow. i.e 2nd May, 2010.
I just want to know from all you experienced people as to what are my chances of getting the posseesion of this flat on time???? (The builder has given a tentative time of 24 months)
Secondaly what is Supertech's previous trackrecord in terms of giving timely possesions in their projects?????
