  • The were at the pragati maidan expo yesterday. I personally thought the expo was crap. Anyway, the location is about 5 min. from Haldiram. They haven't started taking bookings. The lady said it will be another 1 or 2 months.

  • If frontiers have sold land to Godrej ? or they are partners ? If its only Frontiers then its risky as they are not into realestate , rather into garments... So check what is the role and control of Godrej.
    Location is further away from Gurgaon, however its on Highway its a very big plus point.. But what about neighbourhood, I don't see much development in near future ...will take time to get this area developed...
    And what about the people who might had booked in Frontiers in 2008 ??? No progress ?

    :bab (38): Land still belongs to Frontier . Their arrangement is on profit sharing basis . Godrej is excellent builder but negative point is godrej has entered into contract with Frontier too late .There are too many questions attached with it like All project planning & approval already done by Frontier , status of already booked flats by Frontier ? For this project , Godrej name will be involved but everything is that of Frontier so it is not Godrej property & quality in real sense... :bab (59):

  • As expressed by few members on the above post, I also think that the project is same what Frontier launched in 2008.

    "Bhumi Pujan & Project launch on 9th December 2008."

    I wonder what happened to the project bookings in 2008.

    Godrej is an excellent builder.... I hope it takes care of the concerns mentioned in the above posts.

    Appreciate if members post the news of the launch immediately once they come to know about it.
