    You are right.No one from public was offered so called phase-1 flats in so called soft launch.The price was 3550/sft.
    Godrej offcials were expecting a huge crowd not sure what happened....anyways looks that the project will be soldout soon.They have not released(or phase-1) towers,C and D.

    Excellent. You are lucky. I got 1800 sqft unit at 3750+165 PLC.

    My broker told me that 1821 sqft is available at Rs 3750 psf. He also told me that while the size is 1821 sq ft, the room size is not big as the loading is high.

  • Godrej was supposed to be very ethical with brokers being shortlisted and everything above the board. It seems they are playing the same game as other builders . The choice is between deep sea and the frying pan..

    500 +384 EDC / IDC + 150 ??

    How many plc's it include ?
