    do u think it is the right price and time for investing in this costly project
    for residential use.....although m sure in Europe mkt is still nt so gud...so atleast to take this property one need to hv 50L loan(for avg class person...for 3 bhk which will cost near to 1.03 crore including evrything) so is it wise to take this step? I think its a big risk for the next 2-3 years..wats ur opinion???

    This is not the right time to buy from builder . If you are keen on buying than look for some property in RESALE....

    Because resale prices are 10-20% cheaper than original booking of old projects ( I am not talking of Bestech / Emmar ) . If you think prices will fall 25 - 40% than I do not agree .

  • Called up godrej office and they confirmed that they launched around 80 appartments 4250 nd now are left with 5-6 appartments only (which is always the case :)) ........can someone confirm this.......

    As per the inputs from few brokers, the response is not that good as it was for the previous phases.

    Simple reason being there are so many options available in this price band, and also the resale market is quite hot now with so many units available in nearly all other projects in NH-8 at relatively cheaper price

  • I have similar inputs from Brokers for Godrej, Bestech ( Sector 81 ) & Emaar ( Sector 83 ) projects & as ramans, said the current resale market is pretty active & hot .

  • tarung, u would never be able to get an authentic data on actual sales made, from any builder . It is always, everything sold out, just a few units left .
