  • I would like to correct myself. The project is in sector 73. As , per my information, project will be launched by mid August 3000-3100 psf.

  • Any information on the builder, quality , what has he delivered till date , timely delivery or not etc. etc.. ? I understand the builder has made Crown Plaza Hotels in Gurgaon, Okhla & has delivered some mid level malls in delhi & some housing projects in Delhi/gurgaon/Noida.

    At the price mentioned, & given the area...it does seem a good choice for investment. Waiting for more details to come in before deciding which project would I finally go with...Bestech or Todays. Bestech details & launch should happen in next 10-15 days.

    I booked a 3 BHK flat in Tulip White in Nov 09 and have so far paid 04 instalments.

    My booking was at Rs2500/- PSFT.

    I would like to know the following: -
    * Has the builder received all the clearances>
    * Has the construction started?
    * What are the prospects of this project in near future?
    * What is the resale rate (Premium) presently being offered?

    I would be grateful if any of the boarders in that area could give inoputs as I am stationed in Mumbai and rarely visit Delhi.

    Tulip white seems to have a good investment....

    I was visiting their site 2-3 days back for tulip white updates....

    they have made the price of this flat as 4000Rs psf now..... seems it is too high from the time of launch(2200psf).....

    so ur investment would yield a nice profit in resale.. :)..

    And I was going through their montly newsletter.. they have started its construction few weeks back.....


    well..Can you please tell me .. when did ur builder buyer agreement took place???

    what is the time of possession they are offering in agreement?

    A broker was offering me tulip white 3BHK at resale price of 3500 psf a week ago which means premium of Rs 1000 psf for you.

    Dear Ankur,

    Thanks for your update. The agreement was signed in Apr / May 10 (Need to check and confirm). They have promised possession by end 2012.

    Got a call from few brokers on this project. Today's will launch it in few days they said. I saw the location, its further down the road about 1.5 km from Unitech Exquisite just besides CHD. I could see Central Park and Unitech Residences construction work coming up on the horizon!!

    Seems to be a good location although the sector roads isn't there yet but small village roads instead.

    Broker said it will be launched at around 3200-3400 /sq feet
