Starting this thread to specifically help the NRI community about projects coming up in the Gurgaon region. I will start posting information about launches and rates on a weekly basis to help you make a more informed decision. Please check in every Sunday to see an updated list. BSP for all these developments in Feb 2010 were between 2500/sq.ft. and 3200/sq.ft

    I am not able to find other similar threads - either they are very old or the ones I found just had "no, dont buy" or "buy" but no reasoning behind it. Having search in this forum would have helped too. If you can post the links to those threads which are going to be useful, that would be helpful.

    That was very useful.

    Reading the threads, IB seems to be in a low to medium risk category, with a not perfect location. The pricing is still the most attractive one in that region among the A category builders.
    Given a 5+ yr horizon, I am not sure why not to invest there. I have also asked the broker to give me more details about that site. He deals in GCX sites, and has also given positive feedback about IB project.

    ALPHA G CORP sec 84 launch feb 1st week expected price 3750 done a good job with their first project" gurgaon one" on old delhi gurgaon rd. location ok

    EMAAR FLOORS SELECT in emerald hills on plot size 350 upwords pricing 1.15 cr upwords- for floor fans on GCX. luxury specs.. steep prices

    VIPUL 2 BHK new tower released at 3600

    ERA SEC 103 revising prices to 3150 from current 2750by 15th

    IREO VICTORY VALLEY PRICES revised to 715-6500 for different towers

    TODAY NEXT PHASE at 4350 with 100 disc.
