  • How many floors r there in edge tower D.
Its a bit odd to ask this question considering we hv had this project since long and still dont know this! But I thought better to ask than not to know even so late.
    :)

And one more thing, I checked in RP site and this forum also. I get to see th towers marked as edge. Nothing more. But if we want to know which one is tower D and the facing of flat that we have, how can we get to know.

    Thanks.

But..there has to be some solution. These people simply take investors for a ride.

I hope ki itna sab hone k baad when we all get possession, at least quality of construction is what they promised. That shouldn't turn out to be another nighmare.

  • Blessu bhai

    Welcome back :-)

RP has clearly taken illegal step by not taking EC on time and took 85 % of buyers money even before ec is granted..

Will file a case for sure if delayed penalty not paid by RP.

    Hi Designer,

This happened yesterday when I was out to scout. They started with BSP of 7,000 & said Customers will get 700 timely payment rebate by the time they pay 30% I think. Considering the location & the fact that there is no way that anyone can live in that area for 2 years along with construction in & around these guys have to be out of their minds.

  • Friends

Can you please advice on SKYZ.
For the past many months (almost 6) RP is not raising any demand even for the towers which are most progressing comparitevly. Contractual completion time line could be the one reason.

Pls advice, does same thing happens in edge also.

  • For Edge almost 80-90% payment is already gone to builder, so now the frequency of demands will be less as this is the time when builder delays the project as it has received almost maximum amount from the buyers. Also this is the time when buyers are most impatient as after paying full money they have to wait for possession and bear the burden of emi/rent until they get possession due to unending delays by builder.
In case of skyz also for towers A-E, builder has extracted 70-8-% from buyers and now they are progressing with snail's speed for rest of work like brick work, plastering etc etc.
