    Older projects are available for much cheaper prices but no takers because a lot of payment is gone and investers are not interested.


    Seems most of the people like trading of homes, and very lees actually interested in living and enjoying :)

    Really? I paid last demand T 5 on September 7. Was wondering about next demand but seems like water issues have badly affected all these projects.

  • yes ..as far as i remember its been sometime since they raised their last demand..earlier they wud raise demand almost every 6-8th week i guess...fast pace of construction at times takes the sheen off the investment! vipul lavanya & bestech ananda being projects from quality builders have raced ahead in terms of construction and proportionate payments...

    btw any idea on how much does the central green park measure..?

  • since vipul is near to possession so prices r so high ...but otherwise i think end users may also choose other projects hovering btw 3200 - 3800 rather then only preferring vipul ..

    ..and Mr. GabbarSingh think 4200 is so high in GGN. I think he has not heard new launches along DWay at 6000, that too on helicopter locations :)

    I own a higher floor unit there and let me tell you I'm getting couple of calls from broker and recently I have been going thru a serious query. He offered me 4150 price that also bcz my floor is a high floor (according to him higher floor always have 50-100 PSF difference).

    The problem is as of now in this GGN market I can not find any other good investment. Guess I would sell off at 4150 then where should I put my money? on 5K + launches..

    It sounds like this project is soon going to reach 5K mark as soon as the connectivity road connects it to sector road.
