      Just called 5 brokers posing as a Buyer for 3 BHK 1560 unit. Those has given their ad during last 10 days on 99 acres within the range of 3600-3700 as a seller.
      All of them backed out repling that the mentioned unit has been sold, and now Sellers has increased their asking price around 3900-4000.

        I would suggest to hold till Navratra's. I'm also getting queries but I'm not selling it below 4K.

          I'm getting an offer of 4000 for 2 bhk . 5th floor park facing and corner . is this a good one . I'm looking for investment purpose .

            Bargain hard.. and try to get it around 3850-3900.
            But I feel the project is not suiatble for investers as high investment (75%) is required at the moment.

                on the contrary it is STILL is a good investment. at 3900 it is a very good buy..provided he gets it.
                look at neighbour hood projects. all above 4500 with payment gone 35-60%.
                and big plus has sizes suitable for end use.

                    anything at 3900 or below is good. if its desperate then could push lower otherwise 3900 less is fair value.
