If u have booked with a builder of repute, u wont regret booking the top floor with the terrace rights, though the terrace rights would cost u extra bucks. It would always earn u a better premium, than an ordinary booking , as u have open space exclusive for yr. self- can make a temporary fibre glass structure for yr. green house, bar-be-que or whatever preference u have. (if the builder is poor, u would have leaking roofs & other associated problems)

Biggest problem is the heat. They work well for the west with temperate to cold climates but in a hot country you prefer some floors over you to avoid the heat.

  • You cannot build on a mid rise roof.

Go for top floor in 2-3 floors only
