    EC status report dec 12, 70th meeting as follows:
    EC for proposed Residential Plotted Colony “Marbella” at village Maidawas, Sector-65 & 66, Gurgaon, Haryana by M/s Emaar MGF Business Park

    Project Proponent : Sh. R.N. Pandey, General Manager
    Consultant : Building Environment India Limited

    It is a Residential Plotted Colony “Marbella” having plot area of 109.069 Acres with total built up area of the project being 447170.62 Sq. Meter.
    The Committee scrutinized the land papers alongwith license and collaboration agreement and found them in order. Thereafter, the case was taken up for the clearance of ToR.

    It was informed to the PP that the committee has prepared Terms of Reference taking into consideration various sets of ToR including those by MOEF and accordingly the PP is directed to prepare the EIA by incorporating the ToR as per Annexure-‘B’.

    The PP submitted a request and explained in detail that they have already started the collection of field data on the basis of Model Terms of Reference as already approved by the MoEF for Building Construction Project. They have made a request to utilize the data as observed for the post monsoon period of the year 2012 i.e. October-December. 2012. The Committee after detailed deliberations accepted the request of the PP.

    The PP will submit Environment Impact Assessment Report by incorporating the Terms of References (ToR) as approved by the committee within a time schedule in compliance of EIA Notification dated 14.09.2006. It was also decided that their project will be considered as received only after receipt of complete information.

  • Hardly any deals happens here as these are high worth properties. During my last visit, I saw a lot of internal roads were completed laid out for Monada and Belinda, but no roads were laid out around Belleza.

    The project is well connected from GCX.

    IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Limited (IL&FS Engineering Services) has received a Letter of Award (LoA) from Emaar MGF Land Limited for construction of Civil Structure, Finishing & Low Side Service works of 150 nos of Residential Villas “Marbella” ( G+2 Storey Building including Basement), Compound Wall, and other miscellaneous works at Sector 65 & 66 in Gurgaon, Haryana.

    The total value of this contract is Rs. 244.46 Crores, and the project completion period is 30 months.

  • Such a high end project but has a public road running in between. The club house is also "across the road" from most villas. Why would someone pay 7-10cr for a property where they have to "drive" down to the club house and the family/kids cant just walk to the pool/club? Builders can get away with selling anything in Gurgaon as long as its well branded.
