Hi friends,

Need some quick advice on upcoming Tashee Capital Gateway, Tashee Group, Sector 111, Dwarka E-way, Gurgaon

The project is located on Delhi border and very close to Dwarka phase 2 & International airport and on Dwarka expressway with very close Metro station
Also it shares the close vicinity of DDA 9 hole Golf course & Diplomatic enclave of Dwarka phase 2.

The Mehrauli - Najafgarh road is also fully operational and hits NH8 near Toll bridge.

All in all a great location.

Project is by Tashee group-- need suggestions on the same.

Kindly help out seniors. :D

  • When this project is going to be launched? I am keen for an investment . Is it possible to buy in resale at present? Please comments.

  • Varun why you want to buy Tashee in resale at 3200, when you can always buy other projects like siddhartha at 3100 minus dealer discount or Landmark in original booking at 3500 minus dealer discount with luxury specifications.

I am not questioning your decision, just curious on your reasoning.

  • METRO TO REACH TASHEE...!!! (SURVEY STARTED)

As per this news, HUDA & DMRC has surveyed the two possible routes of metro from Airport/Dwarka to Huda City Center. Both routes pass through Palam Vihar sector 23 (adjacent to Tashee site!).

Conducting a physical survey by DMRC is serious step towards taking metro project to the next level. Haryana CM has been vocal about this proposal many times in media, and old Gurgaon residents had been demanding metro since ever.

If all goes as planned, Tashee might see metro connectivity within 3 years !:D

  • Thanks IGRM !

    Thanks IGRM for suspending Manoja:D

Your action has restored my faith in IREF's impartiality.

Once Manoja had backed me when I was suspended. It is therefore fitting that I also back revocation of his suspension.

Therefore, I request Manoja to give an assurance to IGRM as required, and I hope IGRM would look into it.

  • Major PR exercise from Tashee

I received an interesting mail from Tashee, which is in PPT format. However, due to large size, I am posting only extracts here in the form of pictures.

This is a real eye opener...seems Tashee site might be liveable much before other sectors, as proximity advantage is huge...

Markets, schools and hospitals are at a walking distance...Its a huge plus:bab (59):

  • Thanks but no thanks .

I don’t require any backing (yours or anybody’s), but anyways thanks for yr. pretentious :bab (45):& an underhand attempt to return favors.:D

I am back in the forum, because IREF revoked my suspension on their own.

I did no wrong. If fighting fire with fire is wrong, maybe, I was wrong. I am no Mahatma Gandhi to offer my other cheek.

If trying to stop brokers & their stooges from fleecing gullible investors by spreading wrong, biased & motivated information is wrong, maybe, I was wrong.

If trying to ask some forum members to provide facts & figures & basis of their allegations & if they do not have them, then stop spreading biased information & stop their relentless never ending rants, is wrong, maybe, I was wrong.

In doing the above, i may have stepped on toes of some investors/end users, but that was unintentional & i need to be careful & try avoiding that . Also, in the heat of the moment, may have used some harsh & sarcastic words, but they were in response to similar worded posts.

  • Dear All,

I went to this site a couple of days back and was nice to see a boundary and Tashee board there. However what I also noticed was very mediocre houses ( more like slum ) on right hand side and back of where Tashee project is planned. I agree that when the highway is completed the entry will be from front, but wont these low class houses give this society a low profile? I dont think there's any other projects next to Tashee in Sector 111 either which would uplift the Sector image.. atleast none that I'm aware of. So what do you think guys - Would the value of Taj Mahal appreciate if its surrounded by slum looking areas?.. here Im assuming that Tashee would build something which would look like Taj Mahal :).. or for that matter would people from embassy want to live there on rent ever?

  • What is the role of tashee in Spire Central 106 and Spire South 68? Is it just land or more than that? Tashee's site ( tashee.in) shows that these are joint venture projects.

  • Look at the Spire South & 106 thread & this thread itself, this topic has been discussed quite a few times, before .

I guess they forgot to tell that there is a "Border" (read railway track) between Tashee/Sec111 and Palam Vihar (I/J block), where all the above facilities are located. 300 metres is walkable if you are ready to cross/jump a railway track. I think Indian Railways will not build a railways crossing at every sector of D-eway. What use are these facilities if these are across the "Border" and you don't have a proper connectivity. Well for that matter, you can see many of the above from the running train also (between GGN-DEL).

  • How come this thread has gone so quiet?? It used to be one of the most active threads in Gurgaon section.. Specially around this time when Tashee are officially about to launch this project. I know they have been meaning to launch it for a while but this time it seems its gonna be happening soon?

Does anyone know whats the best price one can get at the moment in resale ? Raumybhan/ durb100us/ manoja/ amitbhalla? :)

    Thanks
