    Hi,

    How much returns can I expect form Tashee in 1 yr or so..??

    Is there any Lock in period in Tashee as well???

    can't I sell it off before making 25% of the payment??

          Nothing of that sort, you can sell immediately after the booking.

            Ankur, nothing available in pre launch.

            I am hunting one for myself too, but it seems pre launch is over and now one can book only on new prices.

              Even I have received an offer to get 3 BHK in Tashee at 3150 from someone who booked at 2900. I have said no, since Tashee's launch price is not officially declared, and public demand not yet tested.

              Ankur, I would advice waiting for launch. Buying at launch at 3350 minus dealer discount would make more sense than to buy in resale at this point.

                raumybhan, decent suggestion & by the time of launch, market demand of Tashee would have been somewhat tested & things on the D e way, could be also much clearer .

                  Tashee getting launched at 3500/ - 2.5 broker discount.

                  Only 1700+ sq/ ft & above units are available , below that is all sold out to brokers.

                    This project can be a big success (like Tulip's orange/ white/ petals projects) or can be a failure (like Spire's south/ central projects).

                    It will all depend upon how Tashee would manage the sector 111 project. Here is a brief guide for them:

                    1. Be very transparent in dealings after launch, especially the Customer Care dept should be very responsive. Arrange free site visit from the date of launch. The publicity flying from end users like us would make the difference between success and failure.

                    2. Make sure to carry an agressive marketing campaign (with newspaper ads), with right tones.

                    3. Show movement at the site: e.g. marking boundaries/ installing signboards/ start excavation. Send mailers to everyone showing site pictures right from the launch date.

                    4. Reward your agents: Give their due asap. and don't make them wait for 3-4 months.

                    5. Increase prices periodically (just like Tulip and many others have done so far). 1st transfer should be free/ at nominal cost to cover administrative expenses.

                    My only request to Tashee officials: learn from others' mistakes (& read this forum very carefully), and don't screw this project.
