Could you please provide information on Antriksh heights in Sec 84, Gurgaon which has 300 flats for Ministry of External Affair plus others.

Its already almost half build.Location is much better than others in this area. Area of the flats are bigger than other builders.

developer have delivered many projects in Dwarka, Sec 56 Gurgaon already.

Its available at ~2500 psf as per just information. 2nd option is to have someone known in ministry who can make u group housing member and then the rate is 2250 psf.

Any opinion on this project ?

  • Why would anyone in their proper senses even consider buying any of antriksh projects or sunshine helios projects?

    Anywhere Harender Yadav, Vipin or Rakesh Yadav are involved it is complete disaster, look at sector 50 Antriksh greens even after 5 years of project launch it is nowhere near complete.

    List of uncompleted items in the above project:

    1. Lobby area- 5- star quality nowhere complete, I would be happy with 1/2 star
    2. Water softening
    3, Flat interiors..extremely poor finish, seepage all over, bent walls, sh0rt circuited electricity
    4. non functional lifts- evry day, every hour people are stuck.
    5. Fire fighting
    6. Dangerous laborers living on-site.
    7. No system of garbage disposal
    8. Basement parking- Now they are giving 40% less area than specified norms..Greedy but not complete yet.
    9. Clubhouse, swimming pool--complete disaster.. harender said 2 months five months back..

    List goes on..

    BTW, I stopped my car last saturday on one of these roadside sales tents on sec-50, the sales man was pleading...pls buy a flat for Rs. 2600 / sq,ft unfinished (w/wo woodwork)

    We are group of 4 people and trying to get the bulk deal from this builder for the launch of new tower-AM in antriksh heights Sector 84.

    Prevailing rate is 3550Rs/sq ft. However in a group booking we are getting approx 10% discount. The larger the group, the larger the negotiations we can do.

    If any interested buyer, willing to book flat this week can PM me.

    Reason i want to buy this project:

      77% of super area is carpet area. Higest i have found in Gurgaon. these days some of the builders are giving 65%
      Celing height is good enough, i have seen projects where celing height is give 9ft
      location is awsome, seems walking from proposed ISBT and metor
      Room sizes in 1350 or 1450 option is not great, but decent
      Contruction of other towers is going at very fast phase
      Nearby projects are selling 4500
      Orris 4-5 km inside this is selling 4000
      Resale of orris is 3250, mapsko casa bella 3400. Heigher than the price which we are getting in group booking
      Builder have delivered 3-4 projects in Gurgaon sec 56, and those projects look decent to me
