    Any idea on how many towers/flats have they applied OC FOR??

    Any improvement in connectivity status?

    Do inform when they send final letter with Offer of Possession.

      Did you mean nov-dec 2013 ? Does it take 1.5 yrs after OC is applied to do the handover ?

        Heard that the major activities for some blocks like AJ, AF, AL may be over by December 2014 and flats in around 6 blocks would be ready for possession. Builder may start handing over after January 2014..

            Good Information. Antariksh prices are found to be lower comparative to other nearby projects. Hope this may be due to slow progress, these are the prices which exists mid of last year.

            The news of OC & possession will improve the prices?

            Also I hope you meant the completion of some towers by Dec 13? If it happens I think Antariksh would be the first project to start handing over in the vicinity.

              Hello All,
              I have a booking in tower AA of the project, which is being taken care by Antriksh group.. Has anybody heard on the progress of the tower? Is Rajbir and party working on its set of towers? I am not in India, therefore cannot personally visit the site.. After all the hubaloo about Antriksh zeal project, I am really concerned bt my investment.. I have paid almost all of my savings and am desperate to know bt the outcome.. Please help guys who have some info.. Tia

                  Antriksh group is moving slowing on its towers as compared to dwarakadish. If Dwarkadish will handover the flats by Dec 14 antriksh may take another 1.5 -2 years for possession after dwarkadish.
