In Manesar, which is now a better investment over short and long term? Anantraj at 2700 or DLF Express Greens at 2650? Both have now only bigger sizes available in original booking. Which has a better location?

  • Both r not good investment even for short & long term investment , rates r too high , even u will get no buyer after 2 yr of same rupees , u can think for sector 81-92 NH8 projects , price r ok & also u will get GURGAON postal address.

    Anant Raj project & DLF projects are quite nearby, 300 to 400 meters apart. This strech of land is devoid of presence of any villages & is quite scenic. Both should prove to a good investments in the next 2 to 3 years, since both of the builders r A grade. Vipul, Sector 81 is presently being quoted at 2900 psf & will be launched shortly at 3100 psf.Also, Bestech, Sector 81 would be launched at a similar price. Anant Raj, which is at very short distance from Sector 81 , rate of 2500 psf(not at 2700 psf- bookings at this rate of 2500 are still available),seems to a good bet( though ,will take longer to appreciate).
