  • I was told unit 3 in tower B is not central court facing...saw (which means that it is on the side on the club) / boundary wall. Am i correct?

  • One balcony(Living) would be facing the Fountain Court and the other two bedroom balconies would be facing the club side.

    i have no doubt it will turn out to be a reasonable investment, one of the better ones in this part of Gurgaon :). all the best .

  • I am a end-user. Got first floor for BSP 7500 , but the major attraction was that it involved limited colored money!;)

    Did develop cold feet given the current status of the RE market but found this to be VFM on account of (a) good location (b) good location (c) good location!!!

  • You are right, only units 2 and 3 are central court facing. Units 1 and 4 are facing the sports field/school/back side.

    The layout is correct.

    Hope you are doing great

    I visited the site yesterday and the construction pace seems awesome. Does any one know when to expect the next demand for Tower B (i.e .18th Floor). My unit is under transfer and need to plan accordingly.
