  • Visited the site today. Construction at full pace in all towers.

    the guard on the site obviously did not permit entry but then tried to get closer from the back side and a local paanwalla for the workers there mentioned that the number of people working on the site has almost doubled in the last month and he heard the contractor / workers mention that the builder wants to finish the structure before rains (must have meant june i guess) so that the rain water reinforces the structure.

    Overall i am very happy with the pace at which conscient has added floors in the last couple of months. However, not too sure on quality and hoping that there is no comprimise because of the speed in construction

  • Did anyone else get the demand letter for the 15th floor roof stage ? Last date of payment is mentioned as 31 March... Why only 15 days to pay, Is this the standard term?

    The speed seems to have really picked up now... Good going...

    I got mine yesterday, However the last day is not 31st but 28th of March. They usually give 15 days only but I was expecting the demand on the 20th, and last date by 04th/5th of April. However this means they have completed 3 floors in about 53 days :(.

    Are u sure, ur demand mentions 31st?

    Checked again. Yes you are right.. It's 28th March

    They want to maximise their FY end revenues :)

    and Towe A is alomost done with 10th floor

  • Has anyone reached out to Conscient and asked them for the EDC adjustment as per the revised (lowered) rates? What's the response from them.

    The current demand letter which is due in March has again asked for the EDc at the old rates ....

    Ireo has done the same for 3 of their projects namely GA, IVV & uptown as confirmed by some members. simillarly spire has said to be done as confirmed by some other members. TA agarwal has been fighting and has got one of the builders to agree, you may like to check with him.

    Any feedback from Conscient on adjustment for EDC?

    Also, noted from the brochure that Tower A has the max number of floor (25 floors), however in terms of construction it seems to be the slowest (currently at 11th or 12th), where as Tower B is at 19th and Tower C is at 16th Floor (Towe B and Tower C are 23 and 21 floors respectively).

    Will this impact the overall time for Conscient to give possession in the project?

  • They havent reverted regarding the EDC/IDC. Did visit the site, Tower C 16th floor was complete and they were working on 17th. They are now completing a floor in 15 days :(.

  • Would 15 days per floor affect quality in any manner. Or are they just trying to finish structure before monsoons?
