    I wonder why would builder sell for 5300 in December when the resale prices were hovering around 7500... There has to be a catch :)

  • 7600 for a 2-3 # unit is amazing! Vikas congrats on the good deal. I bought one recently for 7800 so definitely, I feel I bought an expensive unit or you made a great deal!! Thanks for sharing the info. :)

  • Tower B on 21st

    Got a demand for Tower B today (due date June 01). It has reached 21 floors (when i got into this project in Feb it was on 16th, which makes it 5 floors in 3 months!)

    Consicient has charged EDC/ IDC at old rates and there is no adjustment yet. Any idea on how this can be enforeced better?

    Otherwise very happy with the pace of work and customer service of CRM team at conscient.

  • Well Tower B has slowed down I guess. We have already paid the demand for Tower C 18th floor which was due on 15th of this month. Tower C is usually 3 floors/1 demand behind tower B. So u got additional 15 days to pay it.

    We need to do something regarding the EDC/IDC but we should have sufficient nos for taking it further.

    Still a very small group, we need more.... may be there are others not active or not identified... If anyone knows more owners thru their off-line networks, please do encourage them to at least make a start by sending emails on the EDC topic to the builder...

    Its not a small amount at stake. So, lets keep the pressure on..

    Visited the site today morning...seemed like a busy day as usual :)

    conscient has set up a office on ground floor in Tower A and is creating some sort of sample flat on the first floor in Tower B (not sure it this is true but thats what the guard said to me). Some local supervisor also said that once structure for Tower B and Tower C is complete, they may allow unit owners to visit from inside from the back side.

    Tower B is now nearing 22nd floor, tower C is on 19th and Tower A on 15th. The brick work is also progressing in parallel at a good pace. There were a lot of bricks (saw3 tucks) that were bring unloaded and the bricks being kept on the back side of Tower C.

    As regards nearby development, the dhoot project is doing alright. Banni has also commenced construction on the opposite side (not sure what the project is, guess it is some sort of commercial project). Also, not too sure when there will be development on the bhrama plots that surround H1 site. Unless this happens, the nearby area would look shabby?

  • Those site people have been talking about the sample in Tower B since last year but the sales team has never confirmed anything about it. So I am not too sure about the sample part.

    They have setup the office in Tower A because the makeshift office they earlier had would have to be removed.

    The Brahma project you are talking about is Brahma Miracle Mile. This looks great on paper and if it is delivered it would add a lot of value to H1 for sure.

    I went to the site today and I think they have slowed down a bit. The demand for 18th floor for Tower C was raised on 1st May, so in 20 days they should have almost completed the 19th floor which is not the case. They are still working on the first corner so it looks unlikely that they would finish this floor by the end of this month.

    Assuming monsoon keeps its date with Delhi on 30th June, it would be slightly difficult for them to complete the structure before monsoon starts.

    Hi I don't think forum rule allows the same....I can give you an idea of price....unit no. 1-4 deals happening 7500 to 7700 and unit no. 2-3 deals happening 7600 to 7800....I had done lot of survey before buying and that time nothing was available lesser than 7500....still you can try your luck if you get a better deal...

    One of the sellers backed out for the unit I was looking at.
