  • internal finishing... takes at least a year to complete it.... e.g. grand arch, sky terraces, premier terraces, JMD Megapolis, etc.etc. their structure has been complete for more than a year now...

    Can't comment on the latest prices but I can tell you that the unit location you are evaluating is amongst the best in the project.

    There has been a premium which the central court and fountain court units have had ... since the beginning and there is always a good demand for them as compared to the ones facing outside.

  • Usually electricity from DHVBN takes some time. In the interim period, the builder supplies electricity using Gensets which is usually more expensive.

  • I went to heritage office today to collect transfer papers and met with one of the staff to raise the EDC/IDC issue but surprizingly her initial response was that the charges are within government prescribed limits. She asked me to write an email or speak to Mohini in Conscient.

    Does any 1 have a better update on this issue? In anycase, I will write to her over the weekend..

    I am attaching a copy of govt. notification regarding the same for your reference.

    When service tax was increased, the company was very prompt in collecting the increased amount from the customers however when it comes to reduction in other govt. charges the CRM does not even bother to revert despite writing multiple times. The other builders like Ireo did not have to be asked to do the right thing. Sorry to say but the experience with Conscient wasnt the same. Could you please look into the matter and revert by when can we expect the excess amount to be adjusted in future installments.

    Please refer my previous email dated 04 March 2013 regarding the same subject. Till date I have not received any response from Conscient regarding the same. I have also written to the CRM team on numerous occasions prior to approaching you.

    There was reduction in EDC/IDC charges and all other builders have adjusted the excess amount charged in future installments. The actual EDC/IDC should be between 250 - 280 Rs psf , however for Heritage One 381 psf has been charged.

    Further the actual EDC/IDC deposited by Conscient can be verified by filing an RTI with DTCP which will confirm overcharging by Conscient.

    You are requested to look into the matter on a priority basis an direct the CRM staff to get the excess amount adjusted in the next installment.

    You can see that a lot of good work has happended and the pace remains fantastic.

    We just need to exert joint pressure to get the EDC bit resolved. Should we plan to meet conscient officials jointly?

    Which tower and which floor are you asking about? As the view is very dependant on that

    Generally speaking, the inner stacks will be better placed which is B-2 and c-3. They also have the highest PLC

  • Hi, I am talking about tower B since for 1890 sqft that seems to be the better tower. Floor is 9 and 11.
