      No the site shown is for a separate /new primary school by Heritage. The existing Heritage School is further away as shown in the map posted by Rahul

      PS: most kids in gurgaon schools are housed in sealed Aircon classrooms... So, you can be assured about the minimal noise except during the annual Fetes

        construction update

        hi..

        i was at the site today on a nice, breezy and rainy day. Inspite the rain, there is good amount of activity that seems to be on with loads of bricks been uploaded and workers busy on different floors of various towers.

        Tower B is almost ready for laying of top floor roof slab, it should happen in then next week or in 10 days max. The brick work is also progresed well for all Towers.

        Just noticed one peculiar thing today. The concerte column width of Tower A (both at roofs and pillars) seemed much wider (about 1 feet) as compared to Tower B and Tower C where the coulmns seem thinner. I am not a technical expert on construction parameters, so would like to understand how and way this difference?

          I did speak to the Project head regarding the difference between the columns of Tower A and the other towers and the reply he gave was that the area of Tower A is more so it has to support more weight and secondly it has couple of stories more than other i.e. 25.


          The reply seemed logical I guess though a civil engineer would be in a better position to comment. I went to the site yesterday and the external plaster for Tower A has also started.

            Just saw the brochure for Brahma city and location shows it is right opposite Heritage One. The brochure does look nice, not very sure the credentials of the company though. Btw would try to locate this plot next time, as per the map it seems like they are showing Brahma City where we have Paras Commercial and Dhoot Time Residency, not sure how this is possible though. Here's the link to the map.

              Typical of "bigger than their boot" developers, they are claiming most of the sectors 61-65 in their location maps ... If you go by the map on their website, Time Residency, Dhoot, Baani, AIPL commercial and Heritage One are all part of their creation...!

                    Since supply is getting limited in H1, this would be the factor further to boost resale prices. This is a part of UC projects lifecycle and most of the projects see the same situation but H1 is seeing it bit early.

                      Got an Offer for 8300-8400 types today from one of the brokers. So looks like you u made almost 1000 bucks pretty quickly .
