Dear Members,

I could not find any comment or post on BPTP Spacio Park Serene Sector 37D. How does the project look with current BSP of 2750 psf? Does the builder provide quality construction and timely delivery?

Also, how is the project/location/builder compared to Ramprastha Edge Towers. Looking for end use.

    There is not value in BPTP even for deep pocket and patient buyers.. The lack of credibility and moto of bptp is to keep testing buyers patience and Delay/not deliver for many many years..

    Many projects with buyers living in flats/plots/villas, which were launched at the same time. You do your survey on names.. From my side you have the name of GHASITA BUILDER BPTP

    Ask what those builder's house buyers have gone through. Dlf. Unitech. Shobha. You name it and search your own database sabka wahi hai. Koi 19 to koi 21

    You can compare BPTP with ERA, Earth, Triveni, Pal, Piyush, Ferrous, Landmark etc if you may like..
    sare 420:420 hain koi 419, 421 nahin!!

    One can categorize builders in to A,B,C,D grades.
    By this criterion BPTP sab ka Baap hai

    Sometimes it feels weird when my friend Mr Warren tries to equate BPTP with DLF and SOBHA, who have immense geographical presence, n times projects delivered, beautiful landscaping and built quality..

    Check the gasping quality, which BPTP cannot dream of, forget deliver

    Some of the pictures are township delivered for about 10 years and completed within 30 months.

    On the other hand, BPTP has taken 9 years and there is hardly any development and has maintained the township with broken roads with potholes, footpaths in rumbles, nilgai having access all over, no marking and broken number plates, jung lage bijli ke khambe, no permanent connection, no club, no common amenities and facilities.

    BPTP says, ghar bana ke completion certificate jama karwa do, phir bijli aur sewer ka connection milega.. as if he has got completion certificate for all its projects in greater faridabad, with proper finishing, as per approved plans.

    Only chance is for BPTP Plot owners to come together and wrest maintenance and control of the township from BPTP, work for completion of common amenities and facilities and cause development and maintenance to happen.




    As if someone is trying to compare a z category stock with nifty shares.

    hahahha BPTP seems to worst one .... But they are offering good price ( 52-53L all incl) for 2BHK in BPTP spacio with posession in march 2015.

    No doubt the building looks ready for possession and pleasing.

    Have they yet sorted out with City Bank Properties?? Have they applied for OC my friend??
    As venky mentioned EWS also not ready??

    Will be great if BPTP delivers by March 15 but most unlikely..

    Please share break up and official BPTP document on the offer of possession till March 15.

    How is the connectivity to the project??
