I want to buy 3 BHK for end use, possession within 1 year. I have shortlisted 2 properties yet:

1- 3 BHK 1690 mapsko cassa bella 82 lac.

2- 3 BHK 1560 vipul lavanya 79 lac.

Which one is better when thinks of location ,quality and future prospects.

Is there any better choice in same budget of 60- 80 lac possession within 1 year in Gurgaon.

    79L for Mapsko (1690sqft) and 76L for VL (1790sqft)

  • Here is comparison between two projects ... Choose Wisely.

    Location - Mapsko is between Vatika city which has more than 1000 families staying, Vipul is between industries which will take time to move if they move.
    Build Quality - Mapsko Build Quality Seems Better
    Project Openess - Vipul feels more Open and park looks bigger also density of Vipul is less
    Club - Vipuls Club is operational Mapsko club will take time but in terms of features i belive Mapsko and Vipul clubs will be at par.
  • I would suggest wait for few more months and go for 3 BHK Mapsko when registry will happen.
