    The project will be launched in oct. no official details available. expected pricing is about 3600-3800.
    the builder has been active in that area for some time. done builder floors in mayfield garden area. also owns the crown plaza gurgaon.

    will depend on the final price.. still should sell because not too many options available on sohna road in original booking below 4000/
    today always has had a strong investor/broker involvement so another reason .

    There seems to be a fair distance between Today Homes and the STP

    And Today Homes is bang along with Unitech Nirvana County 2....

    CHD is a disaster it is right alonside the STP

    Guys what do you feel about the project?

    today has a good location if the map shows correctly and if they stick to their price band of 3600-3700 the project should do well. CHD cant compare to today.

    its not the one from sohna road. this is something new in sec 84, i guess they are coming with similar name

    the tentative price mentioned looks to be on the higher side. at 3600-3800 can be a buy.
    spaze in 84 can be avoided. not much to write home about the company.

  • STP is just adjacent. BSP is not worth the builder. Go & invest in Godrej or Palm Hills for much better/assured returns.

    from the maps today site looks away from stp.

    what do you think would be a suitable launch price for new launches at sohna road when nh8 is looking at 3300-3500.

    do you think any builder would launch its project on sohna road at nh8 prices? highly unlikely
