Hi All,

Though I am posting this thread in Gurgaon forum, its related to the realty scene of complete NCR say after 10 years when Delhi Master plan 2021 would complete.

As part of this master plan, around 60000 hectares of land would be unlocked for development/redevep and around 5 new subcities are proposed to be setup to cater to the huge housing requirement by then(Details in the link below, it appeared in HT Estates in June,10.)

I am throwing this question at all senior members and others that keeping in mind the above fact:

What would be the impact of this supply on the real estate prices in the Delhi NCR region since the housing growth in past in GGN/Noida/Gzb/Fbd has happnened because of housing shortage in Delhi.

Keeping the above supply in mind(If it finally comes though), would it be prudent to invest in Delhi NCR region for a term of atlest 10 yrs.

Experts are predicting that this supply within NCT Delhi only would have a moderating influence on the prices in delhi ncr region.

    Prices will keep going up in places which are in demand. There will be a shortfall of 1 Million houses in NCR in the next 2-3 years, hence always VFM to invest or buy in NCR.
