  • How to Calculate the Area of the Flat?

    Hi Guys,

I am very much new to RE... I was wondering how area of a flat is calculated...
Suppose there is a 3 BHK flat with 3 toilets and 2 balconies. Does that mean:
Area of 2 bedrooms + area of (Hall, Kitchen, Dining) + area to toilets, Balconies = 1800 sq ft?

Or Its whole lenght of flat multiply by whole breadth irrespective of unused area?

    Anyone?
