    Check on the price quoted & let all of us know . If this broker is a fraud, i will take him out from the list of my incoming mailers & will put him in my ignore list .

    i would suggest we post only those leads which are getting closed/closed/by actual seller on forum/friend.
    . if we put brokers excerpts we wouldnt gain much as they are available aplenty... on the down side this thread may become the fav thread of all brokers here:D:D.all kind of soliciting would start happening....

    Can you give your inputs on heritage one project .. As per broker this company is in business from long time and project is being developed in 8 acres only 3 towers any idea ??

    Yes, good idea, Noida guys have done this kind of an exercise for new projects . Take a look, might be helpful . Search for alokgarg, he initiated this thing .
