Hi Friends,

Is it worth investing in Tulip Petal at this moment?

Any other good option to invest in Gurgaon?

  • Hi

As per the latest updates by the builder :

About 70% construction work is done & they are boasting to get the project delivered on time.

1.After the completion of brick work, Internal Plaster is completed 85% for all towers.
2.Railing work is completed for all towers.
3.Machine room structure is complete for all towers.
    4.External plaster for for towers D1 & D2 = 90%, D3=80%,D4,D5&D6=75%, D7=90%.
    5.Wall tiles in toilet & Kitchen work in D1,D2,D3&D7-100% done,D4 & D5-work started.
6.Internal plumbing work completed in all towers.
    7.External development going on smoothly.

    Overall 75% project is complete.

This is per the January Tulip newsletter.

So far the investment looks good & at this point also seems great if premium is not an issue for a re-sale buyer. As prices might see more appriciation as soon as the possession starts.

Other helpful comments from veterans are welcome.

And to add on to that the current rates are somewhere around Rs.2500 to Rs.2700 psf.

  • Maan gaye, yeh pehla builder hai jo colony premises mein mandir banva raha hai.I guess they have caught the right nerve of people in gurgaon where nothing is visible other than concrete jungle and people are literally caged in their high rises..

  • I just had a look at the location plan and floor plan, its far away in jungle as well as there are only 2 bathrooms in 3 spacious rooms. Not acceptable by end users

  • It must be around 4500/sqft... as told to me, project is decent, people started living there, they have one small commercial centre also which is under construction and has and 12-15 shops.. it will be good once the whole project is completed...
