    smaller plots below and around 300 sy are around 60k osy and bigger are i guess around 45-50 k !!!

          What should be the ongoing rate for bigger plots 360 sqyd or 500 sqyd in this distress market?

          I heard somebody strike a deal for 2.4 crore for 500 sqyd, (C Block - Plot no 147). I am not sure whether around 50K is ongoing rate for these higher sizes plots or this was because of some distress deal...

          Is it possible to get 360 sqyd plot between 50K to 55K?

          Also if anybody has an idea whether bank loan can be availed for these plots. I don't want to construct the house for next 2-3 years on this plot.

            There is a 360 sq yds plot in the market at South City 2, H Block. The dealers quote between 50 and 55k.

            The distress rate should be at a sub-50k level currently.

            Any of the key South City 2 brokers should be able to make this deal available to you.

            Loans from Banks would be available with a caveat that the construction should begin in 3 years - RBI norms for Banks for lending for land.
            Loans from NBFCs including LIC Housing and HDFC Ltd would be available, as well, without a similar caveat as they are not Banks.

            Btw, there are 2 deals in Sushant Lok 3 of 420 sq yds, both for 50k. This rate is still higher for the current market.

            Thanks for clearing my doubts about the house loan on plot...

            Which area should I prefer keeping in mind that I am going to shift only after 4-5 years.. South city 2 or Sector 46?

              Did you end up buying plot in south city 2? If yes, could you share details around size, price etc.? I'm also thinking of buying a plot in SC-2 for end use 2-3 yrs down the line. Thanks so much!
