- Does anybody has detail on pricing and is there any payment schedule ? More importantly, whether this is a better investment or BPTP or G99 (Uppal) plots?CommentQuote0Flag
- Palam Vihar
You are asking this question, probably because, you haven't been to palam vihar. It has beautiful houses like those in GK in Delhi (actually more beautiful) and it was the first colony in GGN (Sector 1 and 2).
The landscape is much better than anything I have seen in GGN. The Metro Alignment is going on and DPR is expected in 6 months.
More than anything it is a settled colony with retired Army folks, which is better than an colony where no houses have been made.
I hope this helps.CommentQuote1Flag - looks like only few plots are on offer

1) How is connectivity from Delhi for this?
2) What is the payment plan? Does Ansals want down payment or is there some other installment plan?
3) How do these prices compare to market rate in the same area?CommentQuote0Flag - Originally Posted by cannondaleThanks for the detailed list of plots.

-About a mile from Old Delhi Ggn Rd.
-Dwarka Expressway likely
-Airport Metro stop mentioned in news reports three weeks back. Metro DPR in 6 months.

Call ANsals
3) How do these prices compare to market rate in the same area?
Google it. I see current rates of 55K/Sq. Yard (I think they are selling for 35K)
I don't live there - just watching whats going on there. So pls do your due diligence.CommentQuote0Flag
