I am looking for 2BHK flat in gurgaon with budget around 50 lacs all inclusive. Pl suggest me some project. I can wait for 3-4 year for possession.

    Looking for possesion in three year. Will prefer in old gurgaon.

  • In 50 L, u should be able to get a floor ( a 3 BHK ) in Palam Vihar . This was about a month back, do check on the current pricing, could have gone up, by a few Lacs .

    Hi !

    I am looking for 2 or 3 BHK .

    Budget :: 60L +/- 10L . I will prefer minimum upfront.....

    Target :: Looking to double my investment in 3/4 years....

    Possession :: 3 - 4 years

    Target project :: Pioneer park / Ireo Uptown / Any other project in RESALE / Upcoming Pre-Launch on GCX / SPR ....

    I would prefer to avoid Unitech / EMMAR properties.

    I look forward to members advise so that I can start narrowing down my search....

    I checked and the minimum area for a 2 BHK in IREO uptown is about 1430 sq.ft , so it would come out to be quite higher than 50 Lakhs at this price.

    My budget is 60 +/- 10L but I want to keep it as low as possible . If I like the deal than increasing budget is not a big issue for me..

  • Sorry for mis-understanding; I was going by the title of the thread.

    How do you feel like investing with IREO, when they haven't delivered even one more project in India. According to my understanding, work is also going quite slow.

    No , still research work going on . As of now shortlisted PP , IREO , Emerald Estate , Palm Hill & upcoming pre-launches on GCX / SPR / D eway...
