  • Heard from my broker that 2 BHKs will be launched later at 4,000 psf. Maximum discount on offer at the moment is 2-2.5%. Location is quite good (near Alpha G-Corp site) but sizes in current launch too big for investors. Could be good from end-use perspective but development horizon for sectors 81-85 is at least 3 years.

    2BHK (1465 sqft) to be launched later 3700psf(approx.) will cost around 60L (including parking and other charges)

    which is a better buy considering the resale returns?
