    With new apartment launches on NH8 beyond second toll setting a benchmark of 4000 psf +, re-rating of plots is becoming to happen.

    DLF is expected to launch in sector 91 at 45k (all inclusive) and with resale deals in Vatika quoting at 45-46 k for the sectors on NH8, soon 50k would be base price for plots in this region.

    Is gurgaon real estate heading towards a flashpoint where we see prices coming much near to that of Delhi ?

    Delhi is 3-4 lacs Rs, Still gurgaon is way away from delhi

      south delhi is 5-9 lacs per sq yd , depending on location and area .....

        South Delhi varies from 3.5-4 L ( Kalka Ji, EOK & many others) & goes right up to about 8 L ( maybe, 9, really not sure ).
