      Anthea is definitely a good buy at the current price levels. It is going to see two major price jumps..one when you see traffic running thru SPR ...and second when construction starts...though not sure when it would happen but I am comfortable when I look at a 3 year horizon .

        Better to keep the Horizon as 8-10 years keeping in mind the condition of Harmony.

          For final possession, I can say 5-7 yrs should be the timeframe but for the two factors I mentioned above, I believe 3 yrs is a reasonable horizon. In fact in a 10-12 year horizon, one can look at the possibility of metro running thru SPR ;-)

            With a new luxury project launch from Unitech 'The One' on SPR just before Anthea Floors ..should help escalate the price for that area ..what say ?

              How come raising issues about unitech ,spire, dlf projects are not called out as builder bashing but same standards are not used for a tata or mahindra. Any clue. ofcourse there is one class who will bash anything about gurgaon they are one special people.

                depends on your need. Size for B block is 420 SQ mT while for E block, it's 160 SQ MT. so large size unit always command low premium. But then E block unit may be tiny.

                      What is the going premium for 240yd First floor E block ? My booking price is 71 Lacs .
