  • Also one thing - Unitech has been testing the waters with the response for the last one month. I am sure they would have god descent response in the form of advance cheques else they would have launched it at a lesser price?

  • Tinesha a 250 sq yard second floor is costing around 74 lakh in Ansal and a 240 squre yard second floor of Unitech is costing 66,80,000

    if i do some calculation and calculate price for 250 square yard floor in unitech which is 66,80,000/240*250 it is still coming out to be 69,58,000

    Also I am sure there will be some inaugral disocunt on this 66,80,000 if it is 3 lakhs which makes the price as 63,80,000 and some 2% broker disocunt another 130,000 so a 240 square yard floor 62.5 lakhs does sound interesting?

    Ansal 2nd floor is available in resale at 67L & it is with terrace right . Moreover for me GCX road is only upto Sohna road junction.

    As demand for small ticket size items at a good location is pretty good.

  • If Anantraj floors can come at 4500, they may be a better bet then these floors but I doubt the pricing of 4500 Tinesha

    Few month back Vatika had launched floors at 5000+ in sector 82-84..I doubt if Anantraj will launch anything less than 5000-5500 in sector 63 A

    Also will 63 A come under golf course extension. I dont think so?

    Any idea on the exact location

    Yes it looks attractive but I am not interested in buying Unitech property . Reason being credibility of Unitech in getting loans & hence problem in execution of project .

    Anantraj offer can be good being their first launch in central Gurgaon. I am not waiting for any particular launch & can jump anytime if i find builder , location & price interesting....
