I want to compare GGN (sec 8x,9x) & Manesar Vs Greator Noida Plots Vs Noida Sec 7x
I understand that the question I am asking is little puzzling since I am comparing different areas But Since this is only for investment purposes so we can surely compare the ROI for diff areas.
Purpose - Pure Investment.
Holding Time - Long term (5+ years)
Budget - 30 to 40 Lacs (for CLP Projects and for GN Plots budger is 35 L(max)).
Where could we see better better ROI?
Also, while suggesting the better area amongst these 3, please list down the projects as I am new to RE.
