guys.. I am a new bee planning to invest in INDIA. Very much impressed by the information and feedback provided frm this forum. I am getting broker calls for Raheja Sampada project for 2700 psf. Broker is giving free parking and 1% cashback when all payments done.. Any suggestions ? Need to finalize something in next few days. Please help

    Sampada is good long time investment in affordable range. 3 BHK size of 1370 sqft. Only thing is towers are too close with any breathing space.

    site plan is also very congested.

    But scores great on afforadability.

  • resale should be around 3800-4000. a friend has bought a unit in this of 1370 around 7-8 months back at 3850, dont expect possession before 1 year, 85% payment has already gone to builder. Navodaya will get possession first and then sampada.

  • Delayed by 4 years or 4 years are over since launch, both are different things...
    sampada will be handed over after navodaya only, navodaya still seems atleast 1 yr away from possession, sampada will not be handed over before 1.5 yrs..

    1. Sare crescent park 3bhk 1314 sqft.. approx 61 lacs
    2. Ansal heights 3bhk 1565 sqft.. approx 64 lacs
    3. Raheja sampada 3bhk 1572 sqft.. approx 67 lacs

    Kindly advise the best option in terms of construction quality and price appreciation prospects.. I'm looking from an end use perspective as well..

    if u want ready possesion then go for Sare ( i heard phase 1 is ready )

    IF u can wait then Raheja is best in these

    Hi AB...avoid these. Go for Umang Monsoon Breeze, Sector 78. Ready to move. I sold my unit in Raheja Sampada last year and bought in MB. You can visit the threads for Monsoon Breeze on this site.

  • Just visited Sampada / Navodaya. Wet work is almost complete. Interiors also 90% done. Only fitments remaining. Exterior paint also in progress. Site clearance work in progress - should be over by end October. Boundary wall nearing completion, CCTC being installed, main gate over 50% done.60 ft road also 50% done i.e. 1 side carpeted, other side in progress.At the current pace it should be ready for hand over by December'14.
