    I am not a big fan of beyond Rajiv chowk (NH8) propetoes, also not of d-eway properties.

    But i must say Vatika plots have made investors rich.

    roughly 3 years back the company rate used to be 20000 per yard and resale market around 16000 per yard. And i used to feel that this is expensive for location that faroff

    Subsequently company rate became 27000, and resale market 21000 or so and i though this is unnecessary hype.

    Today company rate is 52,000 and resale rate is 42000.

    I am amazed at the amount of appreciation that these plots have brought it.

    And i also rue the fact that i did not invest at right time. Somehow i still think 52000 is high, but i guess i will be proven wrong again.

      The company first sold plots 16K.

      Access to Vatika City from NH-8 (coming from Delhi) is inconvenient and a challenge. Hope government will build an underpass or a flyover to connect these 8X, 9X and 10X projects with NH 8.

        Do anyone have an idea of possesion of Vatika plots?. 4-5 years is a bit too long...bcos of this long delay in possession and due to which resale involved less money subsequently and hence selling-buying happened too much which increased the price...

          Are there any negatives against investing in Sector-85B plot. I am close to making a final decision. Your valuable in put will be appreciated.

            I have finally closed a deal at Rs 40,000 for a 240 Sqyd plot is sector-85. The booking was at Rs 26,000. Posession is expected in 2013.

              Congrats Jit ... Do you know the prevailing plot rates in sector 82 and 83..

                      Cluster Plan for Sector 83

                      Hello,

                      Does anyone have the cluster plan for sector 83, i am particularly looking for sector 83 plots. Searched on net/vatika website but could not get any picture depicting the plot layouts of vatika. There have been news of land not been accquired by vatika, interested to see that. (sector 83 in particular).
