    Thanks for sharing the map. I'd like to add another very good project, International City, coming up on Dwarka Expressway in Sec 109, and being developed by Sobha Developers.
    I have heard of Sobha's quality of delivery in South India. Considering that they are setting up their own factories for concrete blocks here and already have almost a thousand people working at their site, I'm sure they will match the standards of Bangalore projects in terms of both, quality and timeliness.

  • Please provide me good resale options on Dwarka expressway near to delhi. I am not keen on fresh bookings as I feel those are way too high. I don't think now real estate prices on expressway going to go up that fast like it has happened in last 2 years. From end user perspective only resale options might make sense. I am a end user, please suggest me some good 3BHK options.

    whats ur budget u want RTM or underconstruction and if underconstruction how many years u can wait
    if u can wait for less than 3years go fo new gurgaon

    I am another one. My budget is 15lacs and then loan option.

    I have been following ggn market for about a month now (mostly thanks to IREF & internet) and there seems nothing for me.

    I absolutely would abhor investing in new projects with ridiculous pricing & CLP's.

    I am seriously thinking to switch my search to Noida side with good economy options with Supertech & Jaypee; though my first love would always be gurgaon.

    I don't want RTM. I want to invest in projects which will take atleast 3 yrs to complete & where don't have to pay more than 25% to 30% with less premium. My preference is near delhi like projects before sector 103. I liked the current resale price in Sector 103 but I am quite confused which project I should get into. But budget is around 70 Lacs of BSP.

    you can try in spirewood if you like project..const is going on..resale rates are also not much high..

  • yes i agree spire wood 2 bhk plus study luks to be excellent option ...small size less paid and less preimum and many banks r financing,,,constaruction t gud pace...one shud get a good deal around 3950...for smlla size like 1500sqft...

    one can try other economical options ike sidrtha estella and era ...
