    here is coloumn project tacker sometime gurgaon project and sometimes noida and sometime faridabad and others.....
    in today ht many project written seprate column there launch price and current in current price it is written in ats 6500 but in project traker they have written many project current price but many are wrong so i thing ats will be also wrong

    YOu can have multiple options in Sector 103.
    Era: 3900-4000 / sqft
    Sidhartha: 4000 - 4200 / sqft
    Satya Hermitage: 3900-4000 / sqft
    Ansal Highland park: ~4200 / sqft
    Indiabull Centrum park ~ 4200 / sqft
    Emaar MGF sector 102 Not sure about prices.
    BTPL Sector 102: ~4500 / sqft

    Other can add more to this list.

  • Sec109 will be outside your budget, but you should be able to book something comfortably within that range in sec 103.

    Please keep in mind that you would need to make a big payment for the premium in a resale project.

    alll inclusive at 3500 to 3900 is difficult
    but u will get bsp around 3900 in 103 but it is not all inclsuive rates

    Spire woods in 103 2BHK is about 3900-3950 in resale.
