    Bananabhai there are no right prices in gurgaon currently !!!!

    only expected prices

    4,0000/yd for dlf and 70-100 L for Unitech...

      Here's an excerpt from mail I received from a broker earlier this afternoon for plots from DLF and Unitech:



      DLF
      • Located in Sectors 91 & 92 in New Gurgaon.

      • Near to the Dwarka Expressway.

      • On 150 meter Southern Periphery Road, with proposed Metro connectivity.

      • Just 8 min drive to NH8 Delhi - Jaipur Highway at one junction & Sohna Road on the other.

        430 Sq Yds Booking Amount Rs.10 Lacs Rs.1.05 Crores to Rs.1.35 Crores
        500 Sq Yds Booking Amount Rs.10 Lacs Rs.1.25 Crores to Rs.1.50 Crores

          quite right....
          infact unitech is already soft selling the NC3 plots with a cash component.

          also they have released nc 2 plots at 60,000 . currently only 500 y available. smaller will follow
