        Looks like apart from the inventory of 2k appartment, they also ran out of email id and using gmails of the world now....

        Use of Sun and Sunshine looks at best a creative genius of some broker who might have overcomitted and looking to trap new ones....

        But it does look hilarious to me

        "property in Sector 67A Gurgaon on main Golf course extension road which is just Simply 20min drive away from your international airport as well as NH8"

        These brokers are so much in love with this term "20km" from Airport that irrespective of location where ever the project may be located, distance would be only 20km. 10 years from now when new launched would be touching Jaipur brder, only one thing wont increase in gurgaon RE and that is DISTANCE FROM THE AIRPORT = 20KMS....

          ha ha.. i simply loved it.. Too Good == 20 KMS.. I had seen one email from broker who said -- Tata gateway , adjacent to IGI airport..

                    so it can be concluded that all the so called big shots in the IREO advisory team/management team are mere show piece item else how can they agree for an act which is against the law of land.

                      Selling apartments without license is illegal , whereas selling property after getting license and banking cheque after getting license is perfectly legal . it is not compulsory to put advertisement in newspapers to sell .

                      it is perfectly legal for the co. to sell , just that they have not started marketing campaign for the same i guess thats why you are getting confused .
                      its sometimes better to have knowledge(or at least try to get knowledge) about the subject you want to discuss and then start criticizing it , rather than having half knowledge and just start talking whatever .
