Hi Everyone,
I am wondering if any bright soul in India can shine some light onto the project which is under construction in Gurgaon called CRESCENT PARC in Sec- 92. What are your views on buy a 4bedroom apartment within Crescent Parc? Is this same as Green Parc or does it come under different name?

I would appreciate your input with regards to the above matter.

    I do not think that this is the right time for investing not only specific for crescent parc but overall.

    are brokers still taking cheques for this....any good broker who has also done Phase2 and 3 of this project....

    already invested members please suggest what will be better

    Phase 3 resale or Phase 4 fresh booking?

    I guess you own an apartment in SARE Crescent park in Sector 92 Gurgaon. I am planning to purchase a 4bhk there of 1712 sqft in Crescent park green parc phase -3, all inclusive i am getting at 70 lacs..i think it is VFM....what about the quality of construction ? should i go ahead..

    Plzzz suggest...i have seen all the projects in New gurgaon...but this one seems to be VFM....what about the future prospect of sector 92...i will buy purely for end use. so quality of construction is important for me...

    There are no issues in construction quality. Please note in Gurgaon all the builders have same build quality more or less. I have been to the site so many times and I can tell you there are no flaws in construction quality in Phase 3.

    PS:- I'm invested in Phase 3.
